All classes will be conducted by qualified and experienced trainers in the field of cognitive behavioral change and/ or social-emotional learning.

Experiential learning through games & activities:
Children learn best through experiential learning and interactive play. Our enrichment camp is interspersed with a range of fun and engaging games and activities to reinforce learning points.

Stories & metaphors:
Using a mix of our signature metaphorical stories, and real-life stories, we help the children to understand and reflect on key takeaways.

Sharing & immersion:
Our enrichment camp balances high-energy activities with facilitated small-group sharing sessions to immerse the children in in-depth discussions and reflections. This allows internalization and ownership of learning points.

Creative expression:
Children are given the opportunity to express themselves in various ways from art to games and sharing/ presentations.

Raise a Happy and Resilient Child Parenting Workshop (Compulsory)

Parents play a critical role in the children’s social, emotional and cognitive development. Parental involvement is hence an integral part of our course structure. Parents are required to attend a half-day (4 hour) workshop that is held in conjunction with our Happiness Starts With Me Enrichment Class.

Workshop will be conducted by qualified counselor with more than 20 years of experience in the field of cognitive behavioral change and/ or social-emotional learning.

Parenting Workshop Components
Workshop will be conducted using experiential learning through video and/or role play and modeling in large and small group practices.
